On the Albizia estate, in the heart of the Bocage Normand, go to Caumont-sur-Aure. Like a bucolic journey, the Albizia gardens have been designed and landscaped over 3 hectares.
There are a dozen gardens combining lush vegetation and sculptures by local artists.
In 2020, it was even awarded the "Jardins Remarquables" prize by the Ministry of Culture.
Guided tours are also available upon reservation.

The garden of forgotten roses in Balleroy
42 minutes drive from your hotel in CaenThe Garden of Forgotten Roses was created in 1987 on a 1000 m² plot.
It has various themed gardens: summer, closed, white... 160 varieties of roses, including about 60 unknown roses, have been planted throughout the park.
A landscape gardener by training had the idea of the "forgotten" garden to pay tribute to the 700 roses created in Normandy in the 19th century, some of which have been forgotten.
