Honestly, not great for a 4-star hotel.

1 - The room was very outdated with lots of marks on the walls and ceiling, a gurgling/leaking sound in the entrance, and the paint on the bathtub was peeling.

2 - We had requested a room with two single beds, but they implied they hadn't received the information and gave us a sheet and a duvet to make the beds ourselves.

3 - We had to endure the bass from the bar across the street all evening, so we had to sleep with earplugs.

Beautiful establishment with excellent service and a warm welcome.

A very professional and attentive team. It's also nice to see the team's consistency (we've had the opportunity to visit several times over the past two and a half years). Both the booking process and the service itself were excellent.
