Best Western Plus Le Moderne Caen
The room was as expected from a three-star hotel. The breakfast was plentiful. It was impossible to sleep Friday night/Saturday morning due to the noise from the square. Earplugs were provided, but they weren't enough.
Honestly, not great for a 4-star hotel.
1 - The room was very outdated with lots of marks on the walls and ceiling, a gurgling/leaking sound in the entrance, and the paint on the bathtub was peeling.
2 - We had requested a room with two single beds, but they implied they hadn't received the information and gave us a sheet and a duvet to make the beds ourselves.
3 - We had to endure the bass from the bar across the street all evening, so we had to sleep with earplugs.

I was warmly welcomed by Aurélie and stayed in a very cozy, quiet, and welcoming room. Well done for this level of quality.
