Great hotel in the heart of Caen! Very friendly staff. Very nice rooms. The only drawback is that the bathroom was too small, just enough room for one person.

We have stayed at hundreds of hotels 1 star to 5 star. This hotel rates with the best. The positives: friendly and accommodating staff (especially Sarah), good wifi but fades out now and then, shower with a full door, good room lighting, quiet room, comfortable bed, clean property and room, walking distance to restaurants, good elevator, decent breakfast buffet. The negatives: the room is a bit small for a 4 star hotel and the price you pay(more like an Ibis Styles size room(small). Bottom line-we would gladly stay there again.
