Personnel agréable serviable disponible toujours souriant
A short but very pleasant stay. The staff were charming and professional, both at reception and at breakfast. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and so peaceful. Breakfast was plentiful and varied, served in a quiet room. The hotel is located in the pedestrian zone, making it easy to get around on foot. We will definitely be back.
It was a wonderful stay! The location was perfect for sightseeing, and the hotel staff made us feel very welcome. The person in charge of breakfast was amazing; their way with people was exceptional. The rooms were clean, perhaps a bit small for some tastes, but cozy and had all the amenities we needed.
We stayed in Caen as a jump off point to visit various museums and sites in Normandy. The Moderne is well located to visit the Caen Castle and the Normandy museum, and there are lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The breakfast each morning has a lovely variety. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
