The hotel has an efficient reception and staff.
The rooms are comfortable, but the major drawback is the soundproofing. You can hear people coming and going from the rooms.
I even had the room next door banging on the wall one evening while I was watching TV at a very low volume… It's a shame, it somewhat spoils the experience.

Unfortunately our room and view backed onto a road corridor that was very noisy at night ie 11 pm to 2 am. We had to keep our window shut and I wore earplugs. The road outside the front of the hotel is undergoing some construction which we weren’t aware of when booking . We simply had our Uber drivers pick us up at the Monoprix store across the street for easy front hotel access at pick up:drop off
Great location in Caen. Would stay again
