Best Western Plus Le Moderne Caen
Small but comfortable room. Cramped bathroom. Not exactly modern, so maybe a bit high price for what you get in the summer season. Nice service.
Clean hotel room, walkable location to much of the city, plenty of food options in the area, very friendly staff
My boyfriend and I stayed here for two nights to explore WW2 sights in Normandy. Pros: great location for shops and restaurants, easy access from train station, on-site parking garage, very comfy bed and friendly staff. Cons: we stayed here during the heat wave in June 2026 and we were unable to adjust the thermostat (it was set to 26c).
